I knew a few people whom I gladly erase of my memory, but this is not gonna happen any time soon in the near future,but they're helped me who I'm today.
I think every good or bad memory is a big help.Because every experience and every person whenever/wherever had you met them in your life, they had/has some effect in your current life.
